Francis Tazoacha, MSc
Project Development Consultant
Tazoacha Francis is a Cameroonian. He has a Master’s Degree in Natural Resources and Peace from the United Nations University for Peace in San Jose, Costa Rica. His areas of expertise range from Peace-building, Conflict Resolution, Governance, and Democracy, particularly on matters around research, capacity-building, training policy development, knowledge management, and post-conflict peacebuilding and reconstruction. Francis has extensive research skills, with a background in training and education with knowledge of and competence in program development and management. His skill set includes proposal writing; a background in fundraising; strategic planning; and designing and monitoring projects.

Etta Eunice Egbe, ACCA
Finance Expert Consultant
Eunice is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience as an auditor in the Public and Private Sector space. She served in some reputable audit firms occupying top management positions and has gained expertise in taxation, Audit & assurance, performance management, financial management, and reporting. She is an assertive individual with a sense of honesty, integrity, and personal commitment.

Wun Joshua Mbanfu, PMP, PSM I
Program Coordinator
Project Manager with 10+ years of experience managing complex humanitarian and development projects, particularly in public health, community development, and social entrepreneurship. Expertise in project planning, execution, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. Adept at working in multicultural environments, building partnerships, and delivering impactful results aligned with organizational goals and donor requirements. Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as advanced data analysis tools.

William Tsobgny, CBAP
Training consultant
William is a diversified professional with a computer engineering background and 12 years of experience as a business Analyst in the insurance industry. He served as a developer and later as a technical consultant in Frankfurt, before joining the Swiss mobility champion as a Business Analyst in 2010.
He has also been involved in various entrepreneurial projects including but not limited to being; Author of the comic book “Le Kamikaze, an E-commerce platform for selling T-shirts online, a SaaS solution for school teachers, and a host of others.
Today, he works as a Business Analyst consultant for various insurance companies in Switzerland.
He is currently the president of IIBA Cameroon since September 2021.

Kamsu Kamegne Pascal Igor, PMP
Training Consultant
Experienced Business Development Manager and Project Management Professional with a strong foundation in business strategy, project management, and business analytics. Currently spearheading business development initiatives at PwC Afrique Francophone Sub-Saharienne, driving strategic growth and market expansion.
With over eight years at Eneo Cameroon S.A., Pascal held key leadership roles in customer management, project oversight, and business operations, enhancing commercial performance and minimizing non-technical losses. His expertise spans portfolio management, investment planning, and PMO functions, ensuring operational efficiency and business impact.
A dedicated educator, he serves as a course instructor at multiple institutions, including Keyce Informatique Cameroun, Digital College, and Université de Douala, where he trains professionals in project management, change management, and strategic planning.
Skilled in business strategy, PMO, data analytics, and corporate training, he excels in driving operational improvements, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering value-driven solutions.
